Cette semaine : Une équipe d’experts en développement d’IXP de la CTU est à Saint-Martin pour aider à établir et à développer Smart-IX, le nouveau point d’échange Internet du territoire.
Aujourd’hui : L’équipe a terminé l’installation du matériel. L’installation du logiciel et le développement des ressources humaines sont en cours.
Smart-IX est géré par SAS Tintamarre, et coordonné par Computech.
Le matériel installé de Smart-IX comprend un routeur Cisco ASR, deux commutateurs Cisco Nexus et deux serveurs de gestion Dell, ainsi qu’un pare-feu Fortinet pour un accès sécurisé à la gestion à distance.
IXP Manager a été installé pour la gestion de l’infrastructure et la surveillance du trafic.
